Land O' Lakes Christian School offers flexible 2-, 3-, and 5-day attendance options for PK3 students; a 5-day program is provided for K-4 students. Students in these programs must be the appropriate age by September 1st. PK3 and K4 are each half-day academic programs with “Kindergarten Enrichment” available in the afternoon. Morning classes begin at 8:30 a.m. and dismiss at 12:30 p.m.. The Kindergarten Enrichment program operated 12:30 p.m. – 3:20 p.m.

PK 3 and 4-year old kindergarten students are taught using the A-Beka curriculum. Their understanding of language and math is developed through a variety of direct instruction, hands-on, and game-styled learning activities. In addition to Bible, Phonics, Handwriting, and Math, students receive a wide variety of lessons in Science, Social Studies, and Music.

Our Kindergarten Enrichment program extends the school day to 3:20 p.m. by providing time for the students to eat lunch, play, nap, and extend learning in the areas of Social Studies/History (presidents, monuments, American History, etc…), Science (plants, animals, weather, planets, etc…), Music, skill development, and Art.

The PK3 and K4 programs lay a solid foundation spiritually and academically, helping students acquire age-appropriate social, emotional, motor, and academic skills, and uniquely preparing them for the Advanced K5 program at LOLCS.
